Terms and Conditions
By renting this facility I agree to the following terms and conditions:
I am 21 years of age or older and understand that I will be responsible for all long distance calls and the care of the property being rented, and agree to return said property to Granny Dollar Rentals in the same condition, excepting normal wear and tear, as when first rented to me. I understand should there be extra charges for phone bills, damages, and/or additional cleaning; Management has the right to bill my credit card. No additional charges will be processed without first notifying the card holder. I agree to pay for any damage (including reasonable attorney’s fees incurred for collecting same) to the property and contents during the stay, and that I will not hold Granny Dollar Rentals responsible for any injuries or accidents occurring at the property or for the loss of money, jewelry, valuables, or personal property of any kind. VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted for payment and must accompany each reservation. I agree that lodging facility owners, management, and employees are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses of any kind. As a condition of your received lodging, I agree to hold facility owners, management, and employees harmless from any accidents and all bodily injury and/or personal property damage incurred.
Rental, Reservation Information & Guest Policies
- We do not have a business office. All transactions are done via phone, email, or internet. Credit card used to pay deposit when making reservation will be the same card used to pay balance.
- A MINIMUM FEE OF $50 WILL BE CHARGED IF EXCESSIVE CLEANING IS REQUIRED. POSITIVELY NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. In order to make reservations through our site, you must provide us with certain personal information such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, and your credit card number and expiration date and other personal information to complete the reservation. Granny Dollar Rentals and our technical provider WebReserv.com collect and securely transfers credit card information to our payment processing provider as part of the reservation process. All payments made through our site are made directly to Goggans, LLC. The normal check-in time is 3:00 pm Central Standard Time. Checkout time is by 11:00am Central Standard Time; other times by prior arrangement. It is helpful if we know your approximate arrival time.
- Any applicable lodging tax will be added to the total cost of all rentals.
- We require 50% deposit.
- We have a two night minimum except on certain holidays and other special events when we may have a different minimum. We may be able to accommodate you for a single night on a last minute deal for an additional cleaning fee of $35.00.
- Check in is 3:00 pm/check out is 11:00 am (central time) It's not that we didn't enjoy having you, but we've got others friends coming. We'll see you next time. Please note that while it is rare, it is possible that check-in times may be delayed due to back to back rentals, cleaning, and repairs. We are not responsible for these occasions, but will do our best to "speed up" the process to enable you to check-in as soon as possible.
- Due to the unpredictable nature of our mountain environment, we are not responsible nor will we refund for restricted access to our lodging facilities due to inclement weather, road conditions, and acts of nature or anything beyond our control. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN DUE TO EARLY DEPARTURE or WEATHER.
- Sorry, but we do not allow pets in our cabins. A charge of up to $150.00 in additional cleaning fees may apply if evidence exists that this policy is violated.
- All of our cabins are NON-SMOKING. A charge of up to $150.00 in additional cleaning fees may apply if evidence exists that this policy is violated.
We ask that you cancel at least 14 days prior to your arrival date to receive your deposit back. Granny Dollar Rentals will refund the collected amount by company check, less a $25.00 administrative fee. Cancellation requests received less than 14 days before your scheduled check-in date are NOT Refundable. If you book your stay within the 14 day check-in date and cancel there will be NO REFUND There are no refunds for reduced guests, reduced nights, no-shows, or early departure due to weather.
We offer discount rates for weekday rentals (Sunday-Wednesday) Please call for any specials we may be offering. We might be able to make you a special deal on the spot if it is last minute and we have availability.
We take steps to protect against the loss, misuse, or unauthorized alteration of personally-identifiable information collected through this Web site. We recognize the importance of security for all personally-identifiable information collected by our Web site. We exercise care in providing secure transmission of your information from your computer to our servers. Once we receive personally-identifiable as part of the reservation process, we take steps to protect its security on our systems. In the event we request or transmit sensitive information, such as credit card information, we use industry standard, secure socket layer ("SSL") encryption.
